The City of Norco is developing the 2050 General Plan to guide the community’s future growth and development.

The 2050 General Plan is currently being drafted and will incorporate the feedback received from the community since July 2023. The City has hosted an online survey, public meetings, pop up activities, and open houses to ensure the entire community is involved in developing and providing input on the General Plan.
