(Animal Services staff is on-duty Tuesday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Animal Shelter is closed on Sunday, Monday and Friday, as well as most major holidays.)

In an After-Hours Emergency Situation

Call (951) 371-1143. Once the call is placed, a Norco Animal Control Officer will respond to the scene to assess the situation. If needed, the Norco Animal Services Superintendent will then activate the Norco Animal Rescue Team (NART).

We are currently accepting applications for dedicated volunteers who are available for monthly trainings and who are able to assist with large animal rescues within Norco and throughout western Riverside County. Complete a volunteer application at www.norco.ca.us/volunteer.
