The City of Norco Public Works Department – Sewer Division was required to develop a Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP) per the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Order No. 2006-0003, Statewide General Waste Discharge Requirements for Sewer Systems (Order No. 06-03). The City of Norco's SSMP was adopted by Resolution No. 2019-14 of the Norco City Council on April 17, 2019.  The next update to the City of Norco’s SSMP must be completed every five years and is planned for 2024.
