The Military Banner Program honors military members and veterans, both living and deceased, through personalized banners that are displayed along Sixth Street. Military banners can be dedicated to those who are serving or who have served in one of the following branches: Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, National Guard, Navy or Space Force.

Application Deadline

  • Although applications are accepted year-round, those who apply by March 16, 2023 will be reviewed to secure a banner placement for the 2023 calendar year. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Cost

  • $100 (includes design, printing and installation)

Banner Display

  • Military banners are displayed annually. Banners are installed prior to Memorial Day in May and are taken down following Veterans Day in November.

Requirements

  • To sponsor a banner, you must be a Norco resident, a Norco business, or a Norco non-profit organization.
