City Hall will close on Monday, December 25, 2023 and will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. This closure will affect departments and services offered at City Hall. Calls will be returned upon reopening on January 2, 2024. Online bill pay is available. For after-hours emergencies, including water leaks and animal rescues, call (951) 371-1143.

Satellite facilities will have varying hours of operation:

Animal Shelter:

• December 23, 2023 – Open 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
• December 27, 28, 2023 – Open 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• December 30, 2023 – Open 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Community Center: Closed 

Ingalls Event Center:

• Open Riding is cancelled on December 25, 2023 and January 1, 2024
• Veterans Memorial Plaza open daily from 7 a.m.-8 p.m.

Riley Gym: Closed

Senior Center: 

• December 22, 2023 – Open 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• December 26-29, 2023 – Open 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. (Meal Program Only)
