The City of Norco has initiated a community-wide effort to develop its 2050 General Plan, which will create a shared vision for Norco’s future that reflects the community’s values and needs. You’re invited to a free Open House to learn more about the General Plan and explore ideas for the future based on what we’ve heard from the community so far. Community members are invited to drop-in between 4-7 p.m. to share your ideas and help envision the future of Norco’s neighborhoods, parks, business corridors, streets, trails, open space, and community character.
