As a service to our residents, the City of Norco City Clerk’s office offers Passport Application Acceptance Services. To obtain your first passport or to renew your existing passport, please come to Norco City Hall located at 2870 Clark Avenue in Norco to obtain an application and to submit your paperwork. We have trained staff to assist you with reviewing your applications for thoroughness, taking your passport photos and processing the fees required for submitting the application.

We will be happy to schedule an appointment for you to come in between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday.
